A newcomer to the market of compact computers in the form of a flash drive appeared – Guleek A8. Like opponents, when connected to a monitor / TV via HDMI (1.4 and 2.0), the device turns them into a multimedia system. However, the new product does an excellent job not only with streaming video broadcasting, working with numerous Android or Windows applications, games, but it is also capable of playing video in 4K resolution at speeds up to 60 fps. Responsible for the performance: the 64-bit 4-core Amlogic S905 chip, the ARM Mali-450 graphics controller (which is responsible for processing 4K video, including the H.265 format), 2 GB of RAM, and an 8 GB eMMC drive. The mini-PC is also equipped with a microSD card slot, one full-sized USB port, two microUSB ports – one of them is used for power supply, a Wi-Fi 802.11a / b / g / n wireless transmitter with an external antenna to improve signal reception and a separate Fn button.
