IFA 2018 kicks off on the last day of summer in Berlin. Just a couple of days before, Acer announced the Aspire Z 24, an all-in-one desktop computer. Monoblock received an IPS screen with a diagonal of 23.8 inches with touch control and support for up to 10 touches. The display resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD format). According to the developers, the viewing angle is 178 °. The computer runs on the 8th generation Intel processor with support for Intel Optane memory up to 32 GB. The graphics system has a discrete accelerator GeForce MX150 from NVIDIA. The amount of RAM DDR4 can reach 16 GB, on the HDD-drive – from 1 TB. The front panel has two speakers that support Acer TrueHarmony and Dolby Audio Premium technologies, as well as a Full HD camera for video communication. There is also a system of four long-range microphones that increase the recognition efficiency of voice commands from a distance of up to 4 meters. These teams interact with Microsoft Cortana and Amazon Alexa. The device is controlled by the Windows 10 operating system. Selling Acer Aspire Z 24 will begin in mid-autumn of this year at a price of € 899.99.
