Electronics manufacturers Samsung and LG have been demonstrating prototypes of fully flexible displays for several years, but the final product in the form of a flexible smartphone has not yet been presented. It is possible that competitors from China will force the Korean giants to hurry. At an exhibition recently held in Chongqing, an unknown Chinese manufacturer Interim unveiled its own flexible Android smartphone, which has a bendable OLED display made on the basis of graphene. As can be seen from the video, the device easily goes around the hand of one of the visitors to the exhibition and at the same time remains fully functional. At least, there are no visible problems with the work in the video presented. That’s just the quality of the images on the smartphone’s display leaves much to be desired, and therefore we can conclude that Interim also showed only a technological sample, and the finished product, ready to go on sale in the near future. Any technical characteristics of the prototype have not yet been reported.
