Microsoft has released the final version of the Cortana Voice Assistant for iOS (version 8 and above) and Android (starting with version 4.1.2). The assistant works best together with the assistant on a computer running Windows 10, but this is not a prerequisite. Cortana can send emails, set reminders, show weather forecasts, display notifications of a missed incoming call on a computer running Windows 10, track packages and flights, analyze the interests of the user and search for the necessary information on the Internet. The assistant works only with the standard mail client of the system; there is no integration with Outlook and other Microsoft services. The Cortana version for smartphones on Cyanogen OS has a wider range of features. Activation by the command “Hey Cortana” and the change of some system settings work here. For example, a voice assistant can turn off the device or put it into silent mode. While Cortana is available only to users from the USA and China, there is still no support for the Russian language.
