Everyone is used to the fact that every year photo and video capabilities in smartphones become more advanced, and the quality of shooting improves with the release of a new top model of one or another manufacturer. At the same time, it seems that the main carriers of these features are hopelessly behind and outdated too quickly, unlike smart phones. Japanese developers from Panasonic, realizing this trend, have released the Lumix DMC-CM10 camera for its communication and functionality almost reaching the title of a smartphone. The novelty runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, there is a SIM card slot, 4G LTE modem, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac and Bluetooth 4.0. All this allows you to access the Internet, send and receive SMS notifications, transfer data, but, alas, there is no support for cellular calls. The product is equipped with a 4.7-inch display with Full HD resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 2/16 GB of memory, a microSD card slot and a 2600 mAh battery. Responsible for photographic features is the 1-inch 21-megapixel CMOS sensor, LEICA f / 2.8 focal length lens, LED flash and Venus image processing chip. The shooting speed in Full HD is 30 fps, in 4K – 15 fps. Lumix DMC-CM10 is made in a compact and thin body, its dimensions are 135.4x68x21.1 mm, weight – 204 g.
