Huawei’s new dtab Compact d-02K tablet attracts attention not only with its strange long name, but also with a dual main camera in addition to a photo module for selfie and video conferencing. The dual main camera module consists of 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors with f / 2.2 and f / 2.4 apertures respectively. The front camera is an 8-megapixel sensor with f / 2.0 aperture. The novelty is equipped with an 8-inch IPS touch screen Full HD format (1920 x 1200 pixels, 283 ppi), an 8-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor with Mali-T830 MP2 graphics , 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash memory expandable with a microSD card with a capacity of up to 256 GB. Available Wi-Fi modules 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2, GPS transmitter, fingerprint scanner, 3.5 mm audio output, MP3 player, accelerometer, LTE support, sound from Harman / Kardon and 4980 mAh battery. The tablet runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS. The case of the device is protected from moisture according to IPX5 / 7 and IP6X standards. Physical dimensions are 208 x 119 x 8 mm, weight – 310 g. The tablet will go on sale this summer, but so far only with the Japanese operator DoCoMo. Information on the price and intention to introduce a new product in other regions is not yet available.
