Despite the growing popularity of large-screen smartphones, ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) is the leader this year with a 4-inch Apple iPhone SE. ACSI conducted a survey of 36,194 people during the year from May 2016 to April 2017. Users were required to rate based on their own satisfaction with the gadget. Apple iPhone SE got 87 points out of 100, winning Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge + with 5.7- inch screen and iPhone 7 Plus with a 5.5-inch display, receiving 86 points. The GalaxyS6 Edge models with 85 points and the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, rated by users as 84 units, are followed by Apple (9 positions) and Samsung (12). Only Moto G models from Motorola and LG G4 were able to invade the top twenty, having received 75 and 73 points respectively and taking the penultimate places in the list. Last year’s rating was characterized by the leadership of smartphones with a large diagonal. Then the winner was the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and then the places were as follows: the “silver” medalist was the iPhone 6S Plus, the “bronze” went to the Galaxy S6 Edge +, and the honorable fourth and fifth places were divided by Galaxy Note 4 and iPhone 6S.
