The WearWise development team is raising funds for the serial production of a miniature action camera of the same name through the Kickstarter collective funding site. The product presented by the developers is really small in size – only 42x42x21 mm. WearWise has an 8-megapixel sensor with a 120-degree lens and is able to shoot videos with a resolution of 1080p at a speed of 30 frames per second. The captured video can be immediately viewed on a mobile device in real time thanks to the Wi-Fi module integrated in the camera. In addition, WearWise provides a slot for microSD memory cards up to 128 GB for storing information. One full battery charge is enough for 1 hour of continuous video recording, 2048 photo frames or a week of standby time. There are a number of mounts that can be used to secure WearWise to a bicycle helmet, jacket, bag, table or pet. The cost of the device in the framework of pre-order is 89 US dollars.
