While the developers of the Half-Life shooter are thinking about whether to continue or not, the fans have no choice but to re-go through the old games and find entertainment for themselves. So, Saratov video blogger Valentin Demchenko with his own hands created a realistic replica of an urban unmanned scanner from Half-Life 2. City Scanner is made in full size and has a length of 80 cm and a height of 55 cm. The flight time is 11 minutes. The drone is controlled using the DJI Naza-M Lite controller. According to the author, it took him about two months of leisurely work to create a drone. For greater persuasiveness, the quadrocopter is equipped with a flashlight, front-panel drive and flash. The latter, however, burned out and the enthusiast had to impose a visual effect in the video. However, in the near future, the Saratovets intends to correct the defect and supplement City Scanner with a camera with a video transmitter.
