In the Weibo social network, on the page of the Chinese company GeekBar, specializing in the repair of mobile devices, several pictures appeared with the front panel of the unannounced iPhone 6s. It is alleged that the photo shows a fully assembled display of the device, behind which is a protective metal plate – it is installed in other Apple smartphones.
The most notable is the rectangular hole in the upper part of the metal plate with the unknown component installed there – what exactly is shown in the photo is difficult to understand due to the rather poor quality of the picture. In addition, the protective plate is held by rivets around the perimeter, and is not fixed with screws and clips, as in previous models. This may indirectly indicate that Apple really intends to use Force Touch technology, which will allow you to distinguish between light touches and pressing the display.
