Updated Notebook 9 ultrabooks will go on sale in 2018, however, Samsung has officially announced a new line before the Christmas holidays. The lineup is represented by three models. Notebook 9 Pen – a 2-in-1 laptop with a 13.3-inch screen and support for the S Pen digital stylus, like the flagship Galaxy Note8 smartphone, it is located in a special slot in the case. The laptop is equipped with a Full HD touch screen, 8th generation Intel Core i7 chip, 512 GB SSD memory and up to 16 GB of RAM. There is a Windows Hello camera for user identification, a backlit keyboard, a fingerprint scanner, 1.5-watt stereo speakers, a 720p webcam, a microSD slot, USB-C, USB 2.0 and HDMI connectors. The device’s dimensions are 310.5 × 206.6 × 14.6–16.5 mm, and weighs only 995 g. Notebook 9 Pen can be transformed from a traditional desktop notebook into a tablet thanks to a 360 ° rotating lid with a display. Notebook 9 models with a diagonal of 13.3 and 15 inches also have a decent update. Both ultrabook transformers have a Full HD touch panel (1920×1080 pixels), 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor, up to 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, up to 1 TB of built-in SSD NVMe PCIe, microSD slot, two USB 3.0 ports, one each USB-C and HDMI. In the older, 15-inch version, the Nvidia MX150 and Thunderbolt 3 graphics card will appear. In addition, Samsung announced the installation of the most powerful and largest rechargeable battery in the history of laptops. This should provide an increase in battery life, extend durability and guarantee quick charging of the gadget. The presented models will go on sale in early 2018.
