Last week, the flagship smartphones Samsung Galaxy S9 + and Galaxy S9 went on sale and what was the disappointment of the first users when problems with the smartphone began immediately after the purchase. The cause was a touch-sensitive display. Owners complain about the presence of “dead zones” on the screen, which greatly complicates the interaction with the device: it is impossible to type messages due to the appearance of “dead zones” on the virtual keyboard, viewing notifications is also difficult. Case, of course, warranty and smartphones can be exchanged. The most complaints were received on the Samsung Galaxy S9 +, but similar problems were recorded in the Galaxy S9. The catch is most likely of a hardware nature, which is extremely atypical for Samsung flagships. Previously released mobile devices of this manufacturer did not suffer from this type of malfunction. Samsung representatives have not yet responded to complaints.
