Users of GalaxyS8 smartphones are actively discussing a problem recently identified in the work of the new flagships of the South Korean company Samsung – the devices begin to reboot themselves. Given the popularity of the topic of spontaneous cyclic reboots on Samsung tech support forums, on the Reddit resource and other forums devoted to the latest technologies, this problem has affected many GalaxyS8 users. However, some users claim that the situation is directly related to the microSD memory card. There were also statements about the impossibility of correctly turning on the smartphone after a cyclic reboot. The extensive discussion of GalaxyS8 spontaneous reboots on the official Samsung website is highlighted in a separate topic, which currently already takes more than 20 pages. The main problems for the owners of the new model are related to both reboots and incorrect operation of the memory card. At the same time, the owners point out the complications arising during the operation of smartphones, such as spontaneous movement of applications or the inability to turn on the device after such a cyclic reboot. The greatest concern and dissatisfaction among users is caused by a constant restart of GalaxyS8, which repeats in just a few minutes. The issue is partially solved by completely resetting the device’s memory to the factory settings, however, some users claim that this is a half measure that can only help for a few hours. So, according to one of the participants in the discussion, he had already completed a complete reset of the memory 15 times, but this did not eliminate the problem. At the moment, Samsung has not officially explained the reasons for this technical problem. Users whose flagships do not work correctly when interacting with a microSD memory card or after transferring data and applications from a previous Samsung device are invited to exchange devices for new ones or send them for repair.
