To get into the Guinness Book of World Records – this is the task that faced the members of the Dutch bicycle organization Mijl Van Mares Werkploeg. And they succeeded. To achieve the desired result, the participants built the longest bike in the world – 35.79 meters (117 feet and 5 inches). The necessary conditions for setting a record were the use of only two wheels and operability. The front wheel was taken from a motorcycle, the rear wheel is wide and looks more like a wheel from a road roller. An aluminum profile used in lighting installations at concert venues was used as a bicycle frame. The vehicle is driven by two riders at once.
